The Ocean Song Sing-A-Long

The Ocean Song Sing-A-Long

The Ocean Song Sing-A-Long was written by Annie Crawley to share with kids the real ocean with a fun catchy tune. The amazing Craig Dobbins wrote the music for Annie and Shawn Thies performed it. The Ocean Song is on almost all of Annie's Dive Into Your Imagination DVD series. You can download the piano music here and guitar music. We want kids every where to sing The Ocean Song raising their voice together. If we can raise an entire generation of ocean loving kids, they will grow up protecting it. We protect what we love!

The Ocean Song Sing-A-Long by Ocean Annie CrawleyThe Ocean, home to fishes.
The Ocean home to critters unbelievable to you and me
Better than cartoons, you’ll see!

There’s lionfish, and hairy fish,
and even stick out your tongue fish!
There’s hermit crabs and mantis shrimp
and fish that go to school

But how can you go swim in the sea?
Put your mask on, get your fins, and get ready to,
Dive into your imagination with me.
Dive into your imagination with me.

Eight arms for an Octopus, Two claws for a crab!
A shark that has tiny teeth,
a parrotfish with a great big beak.
There’s cuttlefish, and pipefish,
with their changing colors.
There’s clownfish and frogfish and porcupine pufferfish!

So how can you go swim in the sea?
Put your mask on, grab your fins, and you’re ready to
Dive into your imagination with me.
Dive into your imagination with me.

Splash in the bathtub, have fun in the pool.
Let’s learn about the fishes, before you get to school
You don’t need an Ocean, to learn about the sea,
Just use your imagination and dive in with me.
Use your imagination and dive in with me!

  1. would love to use the Ocean song for a dedication to our new aquarium and kids parade. Where can I purchase just the audio file?

Barb, Just contact me and I have everything you need. I'm glad you would like to use it. It might be too late as I believe this happened in summer, but I am happy to share with you for another event! I live in Edmonds, WA and would love to plan an event with you. Thanks for your inquiry and sorry for delay in response, it's been in a spam folder. Ocean Annie
